To Whom It May Concern, I have done business with Alliance Capital Funding for 10+ years. Throughout those years I have always been impressed with the consistent and excellent work ethic they exhibit with each loan transaction. I have never seen one of their clients surprised at the closing table with the type of loan they were obtaining, the fees charged, or the terms of the financing. Their clients are always well-informed when they come to closing and I have been told on countless occasions by both borrowers and Realtors (both on the buyer and seller side) that they were contacted regularly and kept in the loop with regard to the entire transaction! Unfortunately, in my profession, that just doesn’t happen very often. There have been several times I have called Alliance long after regular work hours anticipating needing to leave a message and I am most often surprised when someone answered the phone.
