Over the past several years, it has truly been my pleasure to work with Alliance Capital Funding. I say this honestly and sincerely. In a world of catering and hand holding and babysitting, your company's organization and drive for perfection is a welcome change.
I do not recall every receiving a bad submission from you. None of the typical "throw it against the wall and see what sticks" that has aided in the negative impression of broker business. Your files have always been well thought out, fully processed, and well documented. I have never seen one instance of you wasting your borrower's or your lender's time with a file. If it's submitted, it's a done deal.
As you know, I’ve had my hands full trying to train Brokers for RESPA 2010. Melanie took me up on my offer for individual training and made an appointment to come to my office. Well, she might as well have saved her gas money because she had it down pat! What a different story than most of our brokers in Utah.
I can honestly say that the difference between Alliance Capital and some of the other companies out there is the fact that both of you are Brokers by choice. Alliance is your career and what you do best. I can look at your pipeline here and see many, many repeat clients.
